2021 Office Guideline Update
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are taking extra precautions in our office and continue to follow the protocols given to us by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and local governing agencies. We are working continuously to maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment for both our patients and staff. We have multiple air purifiers around the office and are cleaning chairs & high-touch areas more often.
***All patients above the age of two (2) entering our offices are required to wear masks - whether or not you have been vaccinated. Please keep your mask for the entire duration of your appointment. ***
In order to follow social distancing guidelines, PLEASE DO NOT arrive extra early for your appointment. We have intentionally spaced out each person's appointment. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early.
Please help us keep staff and patients safe during this time by adhering to CDC guidelines and the following:
We also ask that you call to re-schedule your appointment if you have been:
- Diagnosed or have been around someone diagnosed with COVID-19
- Quarantined due to COVID-19 exposure from other places such as your workplace
- Out of the USA within the last month
- Have been vaccinated but are experiencing COVID-related symptoms.
Please do not come in for your appointment If you are experiencing any symptoms of:
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fever
- Chills
- Repeated shaking with chills
- Muscle pain
- New Headache
- Diarrhea
- Sore throat
- New loss of taste or smell

***At this time, no additional visitors/family/friends will be allowed in the office with the patient except for the caregivers or personnel that are essential to the patient’s care.***
