About Dr. Zaveri
Jill S. Zaveri, MD attended Northwestern University for her undergraduate degree. She then earned her medical degree at Saint Louis University School of Medicine in Missouri. After receiving her medical degree, she completed her internship and residency at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago and subsequently her medical retina fellowship at the prestigious Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami. She is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
Dr. Zaveri's areas of expertise and interests include retinal imaging, diabetic retinopathy, retinal tears and localized detachment, macular degeneration, and various other retinal pathologies. She specializes in laser surgery and intravitreal injections. She also has an interest in medical education and serves as an attending physician, teaching residents and fellows at Cook County Health and Hospital Systems.
Dr. Zaveri aims to provide personalized care in a comfortable setting and hopes to do so with each and every patient encounter. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, tennis, basketball, and everything Chicago has to offer.

Our practice accepts all major forms of insurance. However, not every doctor takes every form of insurance. Please call the office to confirm if your insurance plan is approved. If you have an HMO, please bring a copy of your referral to your visit.
